Q. What do you do when it's not Halloween?
A. Throughout the year, our products and services are in demand by people experiencing life to the fullest. Theme parties and special occasions are rampant all year long (see Party Ideas page). From holiday, patriotic and religious celebrations to business and school presentations to theme weddings to birthdays to murder mysteries to roasts to cruise parties to luaus to sports events to jest a party for fun, we are busy all year. Our focus is on what our customers need. Retro, vintage, club wear and authentic reproduction garb is available, for sale or rent, for Renaissance Faires, Erotic Exotic Balls, Burning Man, or jest-for-fun everyday wear. Did you know Debbie Lyn's, besides costumes for everything, has one of the largest selections of hats and masks anywhere? Our magic department is great for both beginners and experts alike and we specialize in professional quality makeup, face paint, body art, facial appliances and wigs for school, theatre and film productions. Individuals and business alike use services such as special ordering, custom design, and on-site assistance. For 12 months a year our motto is: "It's more fun in costume, so jest imagine and let Debbie Lyn's do the rest!"

Q. Do you allow refunds, exchanges, credits or returns?
No. Our experienced staff will do everything possible to make sure you get exactly what you need, when you need it. Whether you are purchasing or renting, we encourage you to try things on and take as much time as necessary with your decision. When you rent costumes and/or accessories, it means the exact items are reserved immediately and put away for you specifically so they are not available to anyone else. So, please remember our year round policy: No refunds, exchanges, credits or returns on any sales or rentals.

Q. How do I rent a costume?
A. You will need to have a valid drivers license or official state i.d. and be over 18. If you are under 18, that's ok but you will need a parent or guardian along for the legal mumbo jumbo. Come in and choose from thousands upon thousands of costumes and accessories. Prices and descriptions are clearly marked on all items. Try any items on. Our staff can help you with fit, alterations and accessories as you desire. Tell us when you need the items. We will then enter your name, address and phone information into our computer. You will pay for the rental and the security deposit at that time. We require a security deposit in the form of cash, check or credit card imprint. We do not process the check or credit card unless the items are destroyed or not returned. We then bag your items and store them for your date, or you take them with you if you need them immediately. Q. How many Santa Suits, do you have?
A. How many do you need? We have a large selection in stock or can order Santa Suits, Easter Bunnys and similar holiday or theme oriented costumes all year long. In fact our Santas and holiday gear are rented throughout the year for special photo shoots or advertising campaigns that are planned months in advance. The answer truly is as many as you need as long as we have the lead time.
